The Wudang sword method is supreme under heaven.
This form is my tribute to the lineage I have been learning from over tens of years.
Here, the thirteen power routes of the Wudang sword style are exercised in nine directions. Posture and spirit co-ordinate for perfection.
The training brings better health. The demonstration is an art. The techniques have martial indications.
Learners could refine their study with limitless improvements.
